The numbers are 28,99,13,
1)78/2=39,26/2=13.
2) the numbers are even.
3) the numbers are increased by 2.

28 is different because 78/26 = 3 and 39/13 = 3.
99 is different because rest other numbers are divisible by 2.
9 is different because rest other numbers are prime numbers.
