The three types of chemical bonds are Ionic bonds, Covalent bonds, and Polar covalent bonds.
there are more bonds like metalic bonds, hydrogen bonds..

Yes, you are correct in the sense that "Polar"  bonding meaning dipole to dipole interactions.  And there are other bonds as you have mentioned.

The general term is simply referred to as Van der Waals Forces.  In other words, as everything in nature spins - from the planets to neutrons/protons/electrons down to elementary bosons which have whole number spins of h/2pi,  the polar bonding they may create provides for a N to S attraction (or repulsion depending on the line-up).

And this is how geckos can climb vertical surfaces:
see -  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_der_Waals_force

BTW:  what's interesting is the theoretical (+2) spin of the monopole known as the graviton which creates a force of attraction, and if that spin could be reversed with a (-2), then could gravity be eliminated allowing for levitation?  Or by producing a >(-2) allow for a spacecraft to leave the earth without jet thrusters?

When Professor Feynman was asked by his students if anti-gravity were possible, he replied with a definite, no.  However, just like Newton was proved wrong by Einstein, so too the famous professor could also be proved wrong.

Moral of the story:  think the impossible dream.  From the fantasy world of science-fiction comes the real world of science-fact.
yes george sir, you are right.
thank you for your response.

Of all the elements of the Periodic Table, this element is the most aggressive and ruthless in its pursuit of stealing electrons from other atoms. It has an insatiable appetite to fill its outer shell.

Hint: when combined with its cohort in crime, Hydrogen ion, it forms the only known compound that can etch glass.
