Answer = 22.64r

If 4r is the radius, then one side of a square is squareroot of (2 (4r)^2).......from Pythagoras theorem

i.e one side of a square is 4r (squareroot of 2)

And perimeter is 4 × one side........

Therefore, the perimeter is 16r × (squareroot of 2)
