During WWII, there was a bridge connecting Germany and Switzerland.................How she managed to do it?

During WWII, there was a bridge connecting Germany and Switzerland, and on the German side, there was a sentry tower with a guard in it. He would come out every three minutes to check on the bridge, and he had orders to turn back anyone who tried to get into Germany, and shoot anyone trying to escape without a pass. There was a woman who desperately needed to get into Switzerland, and she knew she didn't have time to get a pass. It would take her at least six minutes to cross the bridge, but she managed to do it. How?

Its simple really ! The woman finds an opportunity when the guard is looking away and starts moving towards Switzerland and then when the guard comes to inspect the bridge after 3 minutes she changes direction and acts as if she wants to enter Germany, for which the guard responds by turning back the woman the way to Switzerland. Now she has all the time in the world to get to Switzerland.

There was a tribal village that was managed by a powerful Leader.

There was a theft in the village which had occurred recently, however no one knew who it was.

After some investigation the police narrowed down on 8 suspects and brought them to the Leader.

The Leader gave each of them a stick and said, “These are magic sticks. Overnight the culprit’s stick will grow two inches longer than the rest. So tomorrow we will catch the thief.”

Even though the sticks did not have any magical power, the leader caught the thief in the morning.
