The pharmacist is apalled and refuses.
She takes out something from her purse and shows him.
He says " Oh ! I didn't know you had a prescription. Here take it " .

There can be many answer for this one possibility is -
The lady took the photo of husband with the wife of the chemist (may be in a compromising position).
