If we take the number of students in Parrot room as X
then in nightingle room the number of students will be 4x
then in Peacock room the number of students will be 4x+6
so as per the sum the total no of students is 60

Hence x+4x+4x+6 = 60

9x+6= 60

9x = 60-6 = 54
hence x = 54/9 = 6

So no of students in Parrot room = 6
no of students in Nightingale room = 6*4 = 24
no of students in Peacock room = 24+6 = 30

Nightingale=x,parrot=4x,peacock=x+6
ie x+4x+(x+6)=60
solving get x=9
hence nightingale=9
parrot=36
peacock 15
total=60
