Let height of light house=h=100m
distance of ships from light house are d1 and d2 with 30deg & 45 deg respectively.
Distance apart=d=d1+d2
d=[h/tan 30]+[h/tan45]
d=[100/(1/sqrt3)]+[100/1]
d=100*sqrt3+100
d=173+100=273
ans is 273 meters
