Josh
First check Kevin's answers, if any one of them is true then Kevin is not going to bookfair.
In Evelyn answers, we kow kevin going to bookfair is false so other two are true. She is not the one.
In Peter's answers, C is false so other two is true. He is not the one.
In Anna's answers we know A is false so other two are true.
So Josh is the one.

Five girls are not in complete agreement about the date of the Math test.

Fernanda says it will be in September, 17th, Tuesday;
Patricia says it will be in August, 17th, Monday;
Tatiane says it will be in September, 17th, Monday.

Only one of them is completely right. The others guessed at least one of these information correctly: the month, the day or the weekday.

Billy "The Knife," the infamous tough guy, was found murdered one night in an alleyway behind the nightclub he used to frequently visit. The police brought in three suspects on the next morning. One of the officers interrogated the three men and noted down the following statements.

Alex:
1. I did not kill Billy.
2. Jimmy is not my friend.
3. I knew Billy.

Jimmy:
1. I did not kill Billy.
2. Alex and Dexter are friends of mine.
3. Alex did not kill Billy.

Dexter:
1. I did not kill Billy.
