According to given condition
48x + 47 = z
49y+ 8 = z
48x+47=49y+8
49y=48x+39
y=48(x-y)+39
y=48k+39
minimum value of k=0
y = 39
k = 0
x = y
x = 39
The minimum possible value of x = 39
