Ans : = 20%
1. Nos. from 1 - 70 = 70
2. 1 / 9 in Units Place = 1,9,11,19,21,29,31,39,41,49,51,59,61 & 69 = 14
3. 14/70 = 20%

From 1 to 10 two numbers 1 and 9
From 11 to 20 two numbers 11,19
from 21 to 30 two numbers 21, 29
From 31 to 40 two numbers 31, 39
From 41 to 50 two numbers 41, 49
From 51 to 60 two numbers 51, 59
From 61 to 70 two numbers 61, 69
then , we have 14 numbers over 70 numbers , 14/70 x 100 = 20%
The answer is 20%
