You Can use only + and -

For example for 0 1 2 3 4 sum up to 11

1+2+3+4-5+6+7-8+90 = 100

it is not the proper order of using digits....you should use 0 before 1 not after 9 according to statement given in question...

0+1+2+3-4+5+6+78+9=100

I think this sums upto 108 rather than 100.

10+23+45-67+89=100

start dividing the result and try to arrange according to given set of number
50+6+7+8+9+24-3-1

Ans :- 10-2+34-5-6+78-9 = 100
