There were only three persons. A grand father, his son(also a father) and his son. So there are two fathers and two sons. No need to divide the three apples into four parts.

Alternate option: Take 3 apples, put in juicer.. and pour equally in glass. :) Enjoy..!!

But others answer are also correct..!! Grandfather(1),son of grandfather & father of son (2) and child (3)
