Son - 30, daughter - 20.

What is the working(logic)
Son - x, daughter - y
y=x-10 and 2y=x+10
By simplifying this equation we get x-30,y-20.
In eq 1 it should be y+10 = x-10 and
In eq 2 it should be 2(y-10) = x + 10
