Average = (2+6+8+16)/4 = 32/4 = 8.
Variance = ((8-2)^2 + (8-6)^2 + (8-8)^2 + (8-16)^2)/4 = (36+4+0+64)/4 = 26.
Standard Deviation = 26^0.5 = 5.099
Sample Standard Deviation = 5.8878
