Two friends , Torres and Lampard, meet after a long time.

Torres: Hey, how are you man?
Lampard: Not bad, got married and I have three kids now.
Torres: That's awesome. How old are they?
Lampard: The product of their ages is 72 and the sum of their ages is the same as your birth date.
Torres: Cool..But I still don't know.
Lampard: My eldest kid just started taking piano lessons.
Torres: Oh now I get it.

How old are Lampard's kids?

Let the ages of his children be A, B, & C. Then its given that
AxBxC = 72 also Lampard tells Torres the sum of thier ages.
Even after that information being shared Torres is still unsure. This means there are 2 possible values of A, B, & C that have the same sum.
It can be found that 8,3,3 = 14 = 6,6,2
Finally Lampard reveals that there is only 1 child who can be considered the eldest among the 3. This eliminates 6,6,2 as a solution,
leaving A=8(Eldest), B & C = 3(Twins).
