20 hours

1 wall/10 men=1/10 wall per man
1/10 wall per man/10 hours=1/100 wall per man per hour
5 men x 1/100 wall per man per hour=5/100 or 1/20 wall per hour
1 wall/ 1/20th wall per hour =20 hours per wall
