David has 90 Ballons ( 3* of Rohan)
& Rohan has 30 Ballons

D gives 10 i.e 90-10 = 80 Ballons
R has 30+10 = 40 Ballons ( Twice as of Rohan)

D gives 80-20 = 60 Ballons
R has 40+20 = 60 Ballons

So Equal
