Total 7 jars & 3.5 jars of water each

First person : 2 full-filled jars + 3 half-filled jars + 2 empty jars.

second person : 2 full-filled jars + 3 half-filled jars + 2 empty jars.

Third person : 3 full-filled jars + 1 half-filled jars + 3 empty jars.

Each person gets 7 jars and 3.5 jars of water
1 st person - 3 full-filled , 1 half-filled , 3 empty jars
2 nd person - 3 full-filled , 1 half-filled , 3 empty jars
3 rd person - 1 full-filled , 5 half-filled , 1 empty jars
so, each person gets 7 jars and 3.5 jars of water (equal amount of water).
