Can you bring all of them safely down ?

There are three people trapped on a tower, which has a pulley carrying 2 buckets such that you can use a counterweight with a difference in weight of 15 kg with respect to you to get yourself up or down.

The three people weigh 90, 105, & 195 kg. There is also a ball weighing 75 kg with them at the top of the tower. Assuming there is a lot of room in these buckets how can you get the 3 people safely down without dropping ( the difference in weight at the 2 buckets should not exceed 15 kg. ) them.

[ P.S. the buckets are always going to be 1 up and 1 down. ]

The strategy is:

  1. Lowering 195 kg man using of counterweight 105 kg man plus 75 kg ball- keeping 15 kg difference
  2. Lowering 105 kg man using of counterweight 90 kg man- keeping 15 kg difference
  3. Lowering 90 kg man using of counterweight 75 kg ball- keeping 15 kg difference

we assume that lowering the ball is not against the rule, ball can be lowered without safe load difference of 15 kg
