It would be 53 because:

42 - Danish bacon (d is 4th and b is 2nd letter in English alphabet)

65 - fried eggs (f is 6th e is 5th)

22 - baked beans ( b is 2nd )

Then

53 - espresso coffee (e is 5th and c is 3rd)
