One day, the cops knew where the suspect is, which is inside an old apartment. When the cops went in, they saw 4 people inside.

They arrested Carl - the - "maintenance man". Presumably all others were ladies.

Mr.Sharma was murdered and the police knew that it was Mr. Anand as soon as he got finished with his story. What I want you to do is tell me how they knew.Here is his story. I was driving down the street and I needed to call my wife to tell her that I would be a little late. I didn't have a phone so I just dropped by Mr.Sharma's house to talk and to use his phone to call my wife. I looked in the window and I saw that he was lying on the floor dead. A famous chemist was found murdered in his own lab.

There was no evidence except for a piece of paper with the names of chemical substances on it, which he wrote right before he died.

The chemicals on the list were;

Oxygen
Carbon
Nickel
Lanthanum
Sulfur
On the day he was murdered, the chemist had only 3 visitors: his wife Mary, his nephew Nicolas, and his friend Johnathan.
